All of our products are hand crafted with superb craftsmanship right here in the USA. Each piece is a hand made piece of artwork – not mass factory produced like many items in our industry today. The products are made of the highest quality materials from all over the world & feature some of the most intricate artistic detail the pet industry has ever seen including hand air brushing & fine beadwork. Our designer, Kiki Hamann, is a world renowned artist with years of creative design experience in the industry. We have set up a wholesale program just for you! See below for the program details and instructions on how to set up an account.

Requesting A Wholesale Account:

1. Create an account on our website through the login page.
2. Email a scanned copy of your state resale certificate to cservice[at]fleurdepup.com. Be sure your Federal Tax ID number is on the certificate.
3. A customer service representative will review your information and process an approval decision within 3 business days. You will be contacted after such decision has been made.
4. After approval, the Fleur team will set you up with a special pricing view only available to wholesale customers. When you check out, you will now be charged wholesale price instead of retail.

Please Note:

• *Bulk Discount Milestones (Refunds credited after transactions completed)
-$1000 – 3%
-$2500 - 5%
-$5000 - 10%

• *Wholesale Refund Terms: 30 days merchandise credit
• *Minimum opening order is $300
• *There are no minimums for re-orders after the initial order has been placed.
• *We welcome all businesses including websites.
• *We ship to everywhere in the world.
• *We do ship direct to end customers (drop ship), however each separate customer shipment requires a separate order.
  **A $5 processing fee will be added to the transaction**
